6. Shipping methods and timeframe
In most cases your order will be shipped using our preferred courier service and under normal circumstances, you should expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days. Some of our products are customised and/or made to order and it would therefore be reasonable to expect a longer time between placing your order and receiving your goods. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of order for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
8. Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please advise us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of goods using the contact us form on the madegreatin.com site.

Once your returned goods have been received and checked for suitability for resale, madegreatin.com will issue your refund. Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of return postage.

9. Refunds on promotional offers
Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offers will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
